How does ordering work?
Add pieces to your bag and place your order — no payment is taken on the site. We confirm your order and size, then email you a secure link to pay by card. Once paid, your piece ships free and fully insured.
Is it safe to pay through the link?
Yes. The link opens a secure checkout page run by our card processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Are lab-grown diamonds actually diamonds?
Yes. A laboratory-grown diamond has the same chemical, physical and optical properties as a mined diamond; it was grown above ground rather than mined. Learn more.
What quality are your diamonds?
Every SAR piece is set with lab-grown diamonds of E–F color and VS+ clarity. Ask us about a specific center stone and we'll share its details.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, add the recipient's name to the shipping address and a gift note — we never put prices in the box.
What if I don't know my ring size?
Use our ring size guide to measure at home, or book a phone or video consultation and we'll walk you through it. We confirm your size with you before your order is finalized.
Do you ship internationally?
Online orders ship within the U.S. Contact us about international delivery.
Can I see a piece before buying?
We don't have a showroom, but you can book a video consultation and we'll show you the pieces you're interested in on camera.
Can you make something custom?
Yes. Send us your idea with photos or a sketch and we'll reply with a design and quote.
